'Humble' in the Bible

Lord, You have heard the desire of the humble;You will strengthen their hearts.You will listen carefully,

For You rescue an afflicted people,but You humble those with haughty eyes.

The humble will eat and be satisfied;those who seek the Lord will praise Him.May your hearts live forever!

He leads the humble in what is rightand teaches them His way.

I will boast in the Lord;the humble will hear and be glad.

But the humble will inherit the landand will enjoy abundant prosperity.

The humble will see it and rejoice.You who seek God, take heart!

Though the Lord is exalted,He takes note of the humble;but He knows the haughty from a distance.

For Yahweh takes pleasure in His people;He adorns the humble with salvation.
