'Inform' in the Bible

Inform the nations; behold, make Jerusalem to hear: Besiegers come from a far country, and raise their voice against the cities of Judah.

“Therefore, I am about to inform them,and this time I will make them knowMy power and My might;then they will know that My name is Yahweh.”
