'Iniquity' in the Bible
The boastful shall not stand before Your eyes;You hate all who do iniquity.
Depart from me, all you who do iniquity,For the Lord has heard the voice of my weeping.
I was also blameless with Him,And I kept myself from my iniquity.
For Your name’s sake, O Lord,Pardon my iniquity, for it is great.
Do not drag me away with the wickedAnd with those who work iniquity,Who speak peace with their neighbors,While evil is in their hearts.
For my life is spent with sorrowAnd my years with sighing;My strength has failed because of my iniquity,And my body has wasted away.
How blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute iniquity,And in whose spirit there is no deceit!
