'Lion' in the Bible

The wolf will live with the lamb,and the leopard will lie down with the goat.The calf, the young lion, and the fatling will be together,and a child will lead them.

The cow and the bear will graze,their young ones will lie down together,and the lion will eat straw like the ox.

The waters of Dibon are full of blood,but I will bring on Dibon even more than this—a lion for those who escape from Moab,and for the survivors in the land. >

An oracle about the animals of the Negev:Through a land of trouble and distress,of lioness and lion,of viper and flying serpent,they carry their wealth on the backs of donkeysand their treasures on the humps of camels,to a people who will not help them.
