The Lord has looked down from heaven upon the children of menTo see if there are any who understand (act wisely),Who [truly] seek after God, [longing for His wisdom and guidance].
They looked to Him and were radiant;Their faces will never blush in shame or confusion.
They saw it, then they were amazed;They were stricken with terror, they fled in alarm.
