'Matter' in the Bible

If it is a matter of strength, look, He is the Mighty One!If it is a matter of justice, who can summon Him?

But ye should say, Why persecute we him, seeing the root of the matter is found in me?

Whatever you decide on a matter, it will be established for you, and light will shine on your ways.

Lo, these are the borders of His way, And how little a matter is heard of Him, And the thunder of His might Who doth understand?
