'Nobles' in the Bible

He pours out contempt on noblesand disarms the strong.

Nobles would refrain from speaking, covering their mouths with their hands.

The nobles held their peace, and their tongue cleaved to the roof of their mouth.

who says to a king, “Worthless man!”and to nobles, “Wicked men!”?

Who isn't partial to princes? Who doesn't give preference to the nobles over the poor? Nevertheless, all of them are his handiwork.
