'Regards' in the Bible

Where now is my hope?And who regards my hope?

Who shows no partiality to princesNor regards the rich above the poor,For they all are the work of His hands?

“He regards iron as straw,Bronze as rotten wood.

For though the Lord is exalted,Yet He regards the lowly,But the haughty He knows from afar.

Look to the right and see;For there is no one who regards me;There is no escape for me;No one cares for my soul.

Poverty and shame will come to him who neglects discipline,But he who regards reproof will be honored.

A fool rejects his father’s discipline,But he who regards reproof is sensible.

“This is another thing you do: you cover the altar of the Lord with tears, with weeping and with groaning, because He no longer regards the offering or accepts it with favor from your hand.
