'Report' in the Bible

First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith [your trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness] is being proclaimed in all the world.

But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

so then the faith is by a report, and the report through a saying of God,

but, as it is written:Those who were not told about Him will see,and those who have not heard will understand.

The report of your obedience has reached everyone. Therefore I rejoice over you. But I want you to be wise about what is good, yet innocent about what is evil.
