'Sheer' in the Bible

You lead me in the path of life; I experience absolute joy in your presence; you always give me sheer delight.

My heart staggers;horror terrifies me.He has turned my last glimmer of hopeinto sheer terror.

As often as it sweeps through, it will carry you away, for it will sweep by morning after morning in the day; but understanding this message will bring sheer terror at night,
