“If it is a matter of power, behold, He is the strong one!

Great is our Lord and abundant in strength;
His understanding is infinite.
“With Him are strength and sound wisdom,
The misled and the misleader belong to Him.
The Lord reigns, He is clothed with majesty;
The Lord has clothed and girded Himself with strength;
Indeed, the world is firmly established, it will not be moved.
Splendor and majesty are before Him,
Strength and beauty are in His sanctuary.
Who is the King of glory?
The Lord strong and mighty,
The Lord mighty in battle.
Your God has commanded your strength;
Show Yourself strong, O God, who have acted on our behalf.

So that He may bring rest to the earth,
But turmoil to the inhabitants of Babylon.

He has scattered those who were proud in the thoughts of their heart.

O Lord, in Your strength the king will be glad,
And in Your salvation how greatly he will rejoice!
Then the Lord said to Moses, “Now you shall see what I will do to Pharaoh; for under compulsion he will let them go, and under compulsion he will drive them out of his land.”
Moses said to the people, “Remember this day in which you went out from Egypt, from the house of slavery; for by a powerful hand the Lord brought you out from this place. And nothing leavened shall be eaten.
And it shall serve as a sign to you on your hand, and as a reminder on your forehead, that the law of the Lord may be in your mouth; for with a powerful hand the Lord brought you out of Egypt.
And it shall be when your son asks you in time to come, saying, ‘What is this?’ then you shall say to him, ‘With a powerful hand the Lord brought us out of Egypt, from the house of slavery.
So it shall serve as a sign on your hand and as phylacteries on your forehead, for with a powerful hand the Lord brought us out of Egypt.”
Then Moses entreated the Lord his God, and said, “O Lord, why does Your anger burn against Your people whom You have brought out from the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand?
the great trials which your eyes saw and the signs and the wonders and the mighty hand and the outstretched arm by which the Lord your God brought you out. So shall the Lord your God do to all the peoples of whom you are afraid.
and the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm and with great terror and with signs and wonders;
“And now, O Lord our God, who have brought Your people out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand and have made a name for Yourself, as it is this day—we have sinned, we have been wicked.
Say, therefore, to the sons of Israel, ‘I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from their bondage. I will also redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments.
Yet they are Your people, even Your inheritance, whom You have brought out by Your great power and Your outstretched arm.’
But the Lord, who brought you up from the land of Egypt with great power and with an outstretched arm, Him you shall fear, and to Him you shall bow yourselves down, and to Him you shall sacrifice.
You brought Your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs and with wonders, and with a strong hand and with an outstretched arm and with great terror;
But I know that the king of Egypt will not permit you to go, except under compulsion.
I Myself will war against you with an outstretched hand and a mighty arm, even in anger and wrath and great indignation.
“As I live,” declares the Lord God, “surely with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm and with wrath poured out, I shall be king over you.
I will bring you out from the peoples and gather you from the lands where you are scattered, with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm and with wrath poured out;
You have by Your power redeemed Your people,
The sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.

So I will stretch out My hand and strike Egypt with all My miracles which I shall do in the midst of it; and after that he will let you go.

For His lovingkindness is everlasting.
Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord;
Awake as in the days of old, the generations of long ago.
