'Slippery' in the Bible

The LORD will cut off all slippery lips, and the tongue that boasts great things,

May their path be dark and slippery, as the messenger of the LORD tracks them down.

You have certainly set them in slippery places; you will make them fall to their ruin.

The LORD stands guard over the stranger; he supports both widows and orphans, but makes the path of the wicked slippery.

Therefore their way will be slippery. They'll be driven out into the darkness, where they'll fall. For I'll bring disaster on them, the year of their judgment," declares the LORD.
