'Sorrow' in the Bible
Be gracious to me, Lord,because I am in distress;my eyes are worn out from angry sorrow—my whole being as well.
I will say to God, my rock,“Why have You forgotten me?Why must I go about in sorrowbecause of the enemy’s oppression?”
For You are the God of my refuge.Why have You rejected me?Why must I go about in sorrowbecause of the enemy’s oppression?
So I say, “I am grievedthat the right hand of the Most High has changed.”
