'Sorrows' in the Bible
The sorrows of those who have bartered for another god will be multiplied;I shall not pour out their drink offerings of blood,Nor will I take their names upon my lips.
Many are the sorrows of the wicked,But he who trusts in the Lord, lovingkindness shall surround him.
I went about as though it were my friend or brother;I bowed down mourning, as one who sorrows for a mother.
He was despised and forsaken of men,A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief;And like one from whom men hide their faceHe was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
Surely our griefs He Himself bore,And our sorrows He carried;Yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken,Smitten of God, and afflicted.
