'Spurn' in the Bible

Why has the wicked spurned and shown disrespect to God?He has said to himself, “You will not require me to account.”

How long, O God, will the adversary revile,And the enemy spurn Your name forever?

For the Lord will not abandon His people,Nor will He abandon His inheritance.

You have turned Your back on all those who wander from Your statutes,For their deceitfulness is useless.
