'Strings' in the Bible

For look, the wicked prepare their bows, they put their arrows on the strings, to shoot in the darkness at the morally upright.

Therefore shalt thou make them turn their back, when thou shalt make ready thine arrows upon thy strings against the face of them.

Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.

Sing a new song to Him;play skillfully on the strings, with a joyful shout.

Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.

I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.

Praise Him with tambourine and dance;praise Him with flute and strings.
