'Sun' in the Bible

“He thrives and prospers [like a green plant] before the sun,And his branches spread out over his garden.

Who commands the sun, and it does not shine;Who seals up the stars [from view];

“I go about mourning without comfort [my skin blackened by disease, not by the heat of the sun];I stand up in the assembly and cry out for help.
