'Though' in the Bible
Saul got up from the ground, and though his eyes were open, he could see nothing; and leading him by the hand, they brought him into Damascus.
And though they found no ground for putting Him to death, they asked Pilate that He be executed.
‘Behold, you scoffers, and marvel, and perish;For I am accomplishing a work in your days,A work which you will never believe, though someone should describe it to you.’”
nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things;
that they would seek God, if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us;
Now therefore, you and the Council notify the commander to bring him down to you, as though you were going to determine his case by a more thorough investigation; and we for our part are ready to slay him before he comes near the place.”
And he said, “The Jews have agreed to ask you to bring Paul down tomorrow to the Council, as though they were going to inquire somewhat more thoroughly about him.
When the natives saw the creature hanging from his hand, they began saying to one another, “Undoubtedly this man is a murderer, and though he has been saved from the sea, justice has not allowed him to live.”
After three days Paul called together those who were the leading men of the Jews, and when they came together, he began saying to them, “Brethren, though I had done nothing against our people or the customs of our fathers, yet I was delivered as a prisoner from Jerusalem into the hands of the Romans.
