'Throat' in the Bible

“Keep your feet from being unshodAnd your throat from thirst;But you said, ‘It is hopeless!No! For I have loved strangers,And after them I will walk.’

Then I said, “Ah, Lord God! Surely You have utterly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, ‘You will have peace’; whereas a sword touches the throat.”
