'Today' in the Bible

My brothers, I may say to you openly that David came to his death, and was put in the earth, and his resting-place is with us today.

If we are being examined today about a good deed done to a disabled man—by what means he was healed—

God has fulfilled this for us, their children, by raising up Jesus, as it is written in the second Psalm:You are My Son;today I have become Your Father.

So the Churches went on gaining a stronger faith and growing in numbers from day to day.
