'Tongues' in the Bible

After these things I saw, and lo, a great crowd, which no one could number, out of every nation and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palm branches in their hands.

And it was said to me, Thou must prophesy again as to peoples and nations and tongues and many kings.

And men of the peoples and tribes and tongues and nations see their body three days and a half, and they do not suffer their bodies to be put into a sepulchre.

And the fifth poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast; and its kingdom became darkened; and they gnawed their tongues with distress,

And he says to me, The waters which thou sawest, where the harlot sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues.
