'Waiting' in the Bible
The man stared at her in silence, waiting to see whether or not the LORD had made his journey successful.
Joseph was waiting for them back at his palace when his brothers returned. They fell to the ground in front of him,
The Amalekites and Canaanites are there waiting for you. You'll die violently, since you've turned your back and have stopped following the LORD. The LORD won't be with you."
If the killer shoved his victim out of hatred, or hurled something at him while waiting in ambush so that he died,
