1 AND God will remember Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that with him in the ark: and God will make a wind to pass over the earth and the waters will settle down.
1 But (A)God remembered Noah and all the beasts and all the cattle that were with him in the ark; and (B)God caused a wind to pass over the earth, and the water subsided.

1 God remembered Noah,(A) as well as all the wildlife and all the livestock that were with him in the ark. God caused a wind(a) to pass over the earth,(B) and the water began to subside.
1 God kept Noah in mind, along with all the wildlife and livestock that were with him in the ark. God's Spirit moved throughout the earth, causing the flood waters to subside.
2 And the fountains of the deep, and the sluices of the heavens shall be shut up, and the rains from the heavens shall be withheld.
2 Also (C)the fountains of the deep and the (a)floodgates of the sky were closed, and (D)the rain from the sky was restrained;
2 The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;

2 The water sources from the ocean depths were blocked and the floodgates of the heavens were closed.
3 And the waters shall turn back from over the earth, going and turning back, and the waters shall fail from the end of fifty and one hundred days.
3 and the water receded steadily from the earth, and at the end (E)of one hundred and fifty days the water decreased.
3 And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.
3 The water steadily receded from the earth, and by the end of 150 days the waters had decreased significantly.(D)

4 And the ark shall rest in the seventh month in the seventeenth day of the month upon the mountains of Ararat

9 And the dove found not rest to the hollow of her foot, and she will turn back to him to the ark, for the waters are over the face of all the earth; and he will send forth his hand and will take her and will cause her to come to him to the ark.
9 but the dove found no resting place for the sole of her foot, so she returned to him into the ark, for the water was on the (d)surface of all the earth. Then he put out his hand and took her, and brought her into the ark to himself.
9 But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him into the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole earth: then he put forth his hand, and took her, and pulled her in unto him into the ark.
9 but the dove found no resting place for her foot. She returned to him in the ark because water covered the surface of the whole earth. He reached out and brought her into the ark to himself.
9 but the dove could not yet find a place to rest, so it returned to Noah on the ark, since water still covered the land. Noah reached out his hand and took the dove back into the ark with him.
10 And he will wait yet again other seven days, and he will add to send forth the dove from the ark.
10 So he waited yet another seven days; and again he sent out the dove from the ark.

11 And the dove will come in to him at the time of evening, and lo, an olive leaf plucked off, in her mouth. And Noah will know that the waters were diminished from over the earth.
11 The dove came to him toward (e)evening, and behold, in her (f)beak was a freshly picked olive leaf. So Noah knew that the water was abated from the earth.
11 And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth.
11 When the dove came to him at evening, there was a plucked olive leaf in her beak. So Noah knew that the water on the earth’s surface had gone down.
11 The dove returned to him in the evening, but in its beak there was an olive leaf that it had plucked! So Noah knew that the flood waters had decreased on the land.
12 And he will wait yet again, other seven days, and will send forth the dove; and she will not add to turn back to him yet again.

13 Now it came about in the (I)six hundred and first year, in the first month, on the first of the month, the water was dried up (g)from the earth. Then Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and behold, the (h)surface of the ground was dried up.
13 And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry.
13 In the six hundred and first year,(c) in the first month, on the first day of the month, the water that had covered the earth was dried up. Then Noah removed the ark’s cover and saw that the surface of the ground was drying.

14 And in the second month, in the seven and twentieth day of the month, the earth shall be dry.

17 Every living thins which is with thee, from all flesh, of birds and of cattle, and of every creeping thing creeping upon the earth, bring forth with thee, and increase ye abundantly in the earth and be fruitful and multiply upon the earth.
17 Bring out with you every living thing of all flesh that is with you, birds and animals and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, that they may (i)(J)breed abundantly on the earth, and be fruitful and multiply on the earth.”
17 Bring forth with thee every living thing that is with thee, of all flesh, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth; that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply upon the earth.
17 Bring out all the living creatures(d) that are with you—birds, livestock, those that crawl on the ground—and they will spread over the earth and be fruitful and multiply on the earth.”(F)
17 Bring out with you every living creature including the flying creatures, animals, and everything that crawls on the ground so they may disperse throughout the land, be fruitful, and multiply throughout the earth."
18 And Noah shall come forth, and his sons and his wife, and his sons' wives with him.
18 So Noah went out, and his sons and his wife and his sons’ wives with him.

19 Every living thing, every creeping thing, and every bird, every thing creeping upon the earth according to their families shall come forth from the ark.
19 Every beast, every creeping thing, and every bird, everything that moves on the earth, went out (j)by their families from the ark.
19 Every beast, every creeping thing, and every fowl, and whatsoever creepeth upon the earth, after their kinds, went forth out of the ark.
19 All wildlife, all livestock, every bird, and every creature that crawls on the earth came out of the ark by their groups.

20 And Noah will build an altar to Jehovah, and will take from all clean cattle, and from all clean birds, and will bring up a burnt offering upon the altar.
20 Then Noah built (K)an altar to the Lord, and took of every (L)clean animal and of every clean bird and offered (M)burnt offerings on the altar.

21 And Jehovah smelled a smell of sweetness; and Jehovah will say in his heart, I will not gather to curse the earth yet again on account of man; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth: and I will not gather yet again to smite every living thing according to which I did.
21 The Lord (N)smelled the soothing aroma; and the Lord said (k)to Himself, “I will never again (O)curse the ground on account of man, for (P)the (l)intent of man’s heart is evil from his youth; (Q)and I will never again (m)destroy every living thing, as I have done.
21 And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
21 When the Lord smelled the pleasing aroma,(G) He said to Himself, “I will never again curse the ground(H) because of man, even though man’s inclination is evil from his youth.(I) And I will never again strike down every living thing as I have done.(J)
21 When the LORD smelled the pleasing aroma, he told himself, "I will never again curse the land because of human beings even though human inclinations remain evil from youth nor will I destroy every living being ever again, as I've done.
22 Yet all the days of the earth, seed and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
22 “While the earth remains,Seedtime and harvest,And cold and heat,And (R)summer and winter,And (S)day and nightShall not cease.”
