Is Jesus The Christ?

³² The Pharisees heard the crowd muttering these things [under their breath] about Him, and the chief priests and Pharisees sent guards to arrest Him. ³³ Therefore Jesus said, “For a little while longer I am [still] with you, and then I go to Him who sent Me. ³⁴ You will look for Me, and will not [be able to] find Me; and where I am, you cannot come.”

John 13:33

Little children, I am with you [only] a little longer. You will look for Me and, as I told the Jews, so I tell you now, ‘Where I am going, you are not able to come.’

Now before the Passover Feast, Jesus knew that His hour had come [and it was time] for Him to leave this world and return to the Father. Having [greatly] loved His own who were in the world, He loved them [and continuously loves them with His perfect love] to the end (eternally).

that Jesus, knowing that the Father had put everything into His hands, and that He had come from God and was [now] returning to God,

After a little while the world will no longer see Me, but you will see Me; because I live, you will live also.

But now I am coming to You; and I say these things [while I am still] in the world so that they may experience My joy made full and complete and perfect within them [filling their hearts with My delight].
