22 When a ruler sins and becomes guilty of breaking one of Jehovah's commands without intending to, 23 if his sin which he has committed is made known to him, he shall bring for his offering a goat, a male without defect. 24 He will place his hand on the goat's head. He will slaughter it in Jehovah's presence where he slaughters animals for burnt offerings. It is an offering for sin.
