'Glorify God' in the Bible

This he said to show by what death he would glorify God. And after this he said to him, "Follow me."

and in order that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. As it is written: "Therefore I will praise you among the Gentiles, and sing to your name";

you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body.

yet if one suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but under that name let him glorify God.
