'Righteousness of God' in the Bible

For the righteousness of God is revealed in him from faith to faith: as has been written, But the just shall live by faith.

But if our unrighteousness commends the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unjust administering wrath? I speak according to a man.

And now the righteousness of God without law has been made manifest, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

but the righteousness of God through faith of Jesus Christ is unto all who believe: for there is no difference,

for being ignorant of God's righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they have not submitted to the righteousness of God.
