James 2:21-24

Was not Abraham our father justified by works, having offered up his son Isaac on the altar? You see that faith wrought with his works, and by works the faith was made perfect; and the scripture was fulfilled, saying, And Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the friend of God.read more.
