And when Moses went into the tent of meeting to speak with him, then he heard the Voice speaking to him from above the mercy-seat that was upon the ark of the testimony, from between the two cherubim, and he spoke to him.

And thou shall make two cherubim of gold; of beaten work shall thou make them, at the two ends of the mercy-seat.

And he carved [thereon] cherubim and palm trees and open flowers. And he overlaid them with gold fitted upon the graven work.

And the cherubim spread out their wings on high, covering the mercy-seat with their wings, with their faces one to another. The faces of the cherubim were toward the mercy-seat.

So the people sent to Shiloh, and they brought from there the ark of the covenant of LORD of hosts, who sits [above] the cherubim. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

And the wings of the cherubim were twenty cubits long; the wing of the one was five cubits, reaching to the wall of the house, and the other wing was [likewise] five cubits, reaching to the wing of the other cherub.


LORD reigns! Let the peoples tremble. He sits [above] the cherubim, let the earth be moved.

And above it were cherubim of glory overshadowing the place of forgiveness, about which things it is not now to speak in detail.

And Mordecai went forth from the presence of the king in royal apparel of blue and white, and with a great crown of gold, and with a robe of fine linen and purple. And the city of Shushan shouted and was glad.

And they made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote upon it a writing, like the engravings of a signet, HOLY TO LORD.

For thou meet him with the blessings of goodness. Thou set a crown of fine gold on his head.

Yea, take [from them] silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest.

And thou shall make to it a border of a handbreadth round about, and thou shall make a golden crown to the border of it round about.

And he overlaid it with pure gold inside and outside, and made a crown of gold to it round about. And he cast four rings of gold for it, in the four feet of it, even two rings on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side of it. And he made staves of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold. read more.
And he put the staves into the rings on the sides of the ark, to bear the ark. And he made a mercy-seat of pure gold, two cubits and a half the length of it, and a cubit and a half the breadth of it. And he made two cherubim of gold, of beaten work he made them, at the two ends of the mercy-seat, one cherub at the one end, and one cherub at the other end, of one piece with the mercy-seat. He made the cherubim at the two ends of it. And the cherubim spread out their wings on high, covering the mercy-seat with their wings, with their faces one to another. The faces of the cherubim were toward the mercy-seat. And he made the table of acacia wood, two cubits the length of it, and a cubit the breadth of it, and a cubit and a half the height of it. And he overlaid it with pure gold, and made thereunto a crown of gold round about.


And Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood; two cubits and a half was the length of it, and a cubit and a half the breadth of it, and a cubit and a half the height of it.

And he made a mercy-seat of pure gold, two cubits and a half the length of it, and a cubit and a half the breadth of it. And he made two cherubim of gold, of beaten work he made them, at the two ends of the mercy-seat, one cherub at the one end, and one cherub at the other end, of one piece with the mercy-seat.
