Even some tax collectors came to be baptized. They asked him, "Teacher, what should we do?"

Then Jesus left the crowds and went into the house. His disciples came to him and asked, "Explain to us the parable about the weeds in the field."

When he was alone with the Twelve and those around him, they began to ask him about the parables.

When he had left the crowd and gone home, his disciples began asking him about the parable.

So they asked him, "Don't the scribes say that Elijah must come first?"


Back in the house, the disciples asked him about this again.

"Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign when these things will be put into effect?"

Once Jesus was praying in a certain place. After he had finished, one of his disciples told him, "Lord, teach us to pray, as John taught his disciples."

Then an official asked Jesus, "Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?"
