Now about the midst of the feast, Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.



And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,

And Jesus, when he came out, saw many people, and was moved with compassion towards them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.

And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified by all.

And he entered into one of the boats, which was Simon's, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the boat.

The same came to Jesus by night, and said to him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came to him; and he sat down and taught them.


And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness, and all manner of disease among the people. And his fame spread throughout all Syria: and they brought to him all sick people that were taken with diverse diseases and torments, and those who were possessed with demons, and those who were lunatic, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.


The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.





And Jesus departed from thence, and came nigh to the sea of Galilee; and ascended a mountain, and sat down there. And great multitudes came to him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them: So that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.



And Jesus departed from thence, and came nigh to the sea of Galilee; and ascended a mountain, and sat down there. And great multitudes came to him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them: So that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.

And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judea, and from beyond Jordan.

Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,







If others are partakers of this power over you, are not we rather? Nevertheless we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should hinder the gospel of Christ.


And for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,






Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,



The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,

But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.


And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified by all.

The same came to Jesus by night, and said to him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

And it came to pass also on another sabbath, that he entered into the synagogue, and taught: and there was a man whose right hand was withered:

And they sent out to him their disciples, with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men.

And when he had come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things; and who gave thee this authority?

And when they had come, they say to him, Master, we know that thou art true, and carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Cesar, or not?

And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, neither acceptest thou the person of any, but teachest the way of God truly:

And seeing the multitudes, he ascended a mountain: and when he was seated, his disciples came to him.

And it came to pass when Jesus had made an end of commanding his twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and to preach in their cities.

In that same hour said Jesus to the multitudes, Are ye come out as against a thief with swords and staffs to take me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye laid no hold on me.

And he began again to teach by the sea-side: and there was gathered to him a great multitude, so that he entered into a boat, and sat on the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea, on the land.

And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirreth up the people, teaching throughout all Judea, beginning from Galilee to this place.


And great multitudes came to him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them:

And in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities, and diseases, and of evil spirits; and to many that were blind he gave sight.

The same came to Jesus by night, and said to him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion towards them, and he healed their sick.

And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness, and all manner of disease among the people. And his fame spread throughout all Syria: and they brought to him all sick people that were taken with diverse diseases and torments, and those who were possessed with demons, and those who were lunatic, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.

And he healed many that were sick with divers diseases, and cast out many demons; and suffered not the demons to speak, because they knew him.

Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he performed.

And he came down with them, and stood in the plain; and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judea and Jerusalem, and from the sea-coast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases; And they that were afflicted with unclean spirits: and they were healed. And the whole multitude sought to touch him; for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.


And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness, and all manner of disease among the people. And his fame spread throughout all Syria: and they brought to him all sick people that were taken with diverse diseases and torments, and those who were possessed with demons, and those who were lunatic, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them. And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judea, and from beyond Jordan.

And in the morning, rising a great while before day, he went out and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. And Simon, and they that were with him, followed after him. And when they had found him, they said to him, All men seek for thee. read more.
And he said to them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for, for this purpose have I come. And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out demons.

And when it was day, he departed, and went into a desert place; and the people sought him, and came to him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them. And he said to them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also, for therefore am I sent. And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee.

And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all the surrounding country, and brought to him all that were diseased; And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were restored to health.


And great multitudes came to him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them:


And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion towards them, and he healed their sick.

And he healed many that were sick with divers diseases, and cast out many demons; and suffered not the demons to speak, because they knew him.

And he came down with them, and stood in the plain; and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judea and Jerusalem, and from the sea-coast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases; And they that were afflicted with unclean spirits: and they were healed. And the whole multitude sought to touch him; for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.



Nevertheless the dimness shall not be such as was in her distress, when at the first he lightly afflicted the land of Zebulun, and the land of Naphtali, and afterward did more grievously afflict her by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the nations. The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shades of death, upon them hath the light shined.

Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee. And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim; That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, read more.
The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles: The people who sat in darkness, saw great light; and to them who sat in the region and shades of death, light hath arisen.



And he came and took her by the hand, and lifted her up; and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered to them.



And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out demons.

And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.
