And finally, all [of you be] harmonious, sympathetic, showing mutual affection, compassionate, humble,
The rich will rule over the poor, and the borrower is a slave of {the lender}.
Husbands, love your wives and do not be embittered against them.
But if the unbeliever leaves, let him leave. The brother or the sister is not bound in such [cases]. But God has called us in peace.
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for her;

Therefore the overseer must be irreproachable, the husband of one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, skillful in teaching,

But if he does not listen, take with you in addition one or two [others], so that by {the testimony} of two or three witnesses every matter may be established. And if he refuses to listen to them, tell [it] to the church. But if he refuses to listen to the church also, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.

A soft answer will turn away wrath, but a word of trouble will stir {anger}.
