But when these things begin to happen, stand up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."

And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose,

Since many of them had no desire to eat, Paul stood up among them and said, "Men, you should have listened to me and not put out to sea from Crete, thus avoiding this damage and loss. And now I advise you to keep up your courage, for there will be no loss of life among you, but only the ship will be lost. Do not be anxious about anything. Instead, in every situation, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, tell your requests to God.

And God will exalt you in due time, if you humble yourselves under his mighty hand
