Dear friends, let us love one another, because love is from God, and everyone who loves has been fathered by God and knows God. The person who does not love does not know God, because God is love.
And may the Lord cause you to increase and abound in love for one another and for all, just as we do for you,

For the commandments, "Do not commit adultery, do not murder, do not steal, do not covet," (and if there is any other commandment) are summed up in this, "Love your neighbor as yourself." Love does no wrong to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision carries any weight -- the only thing that matters is faith working through love.
that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, so that, because you have been rooted and grounded in love, you may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and thus to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.
And to all these virtues add love, which is the perfect bond.
The one who loves his fellow Christian resides in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling in him.
