Then Peter, full of the Holy Spirit, said to them, Rulers of the people and elders of Israel,
but you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and all Judea, and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.
and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.

And the apostles at Jerusalem hearing that Samaria had received the word of God, sent to them Peter and John, who came down and prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit; for it had not yet fallen on any of them, only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.read more.
