23 Bible Verses about Christian Liberty

Give no occasions for stumbling, either to Jews, or to Greeks, or to the church of God;

But be careful that by no means does this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to the weak.

Conscience, I say, not your own, but the other's conscience. For why is my liberty judged by another conscience?

For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the handmaid, and one by the free woman. However, the son by the handmaid was born according to the flesh, but the son by the free woman was born through promise. These things contain an allegory, for these are two covenants. For this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and represents Jerusalem that exists now, for she is in slavery with her children. But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.

So then, brothers, we are not children of a handmaid, but of the free woman.

For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, "Abba. Father."
