I am become a fool in boasting; but ye have compelled me: for I ought to have been commended by you: for in nothing have I fallen short of the very chief apostles, though I am nothing.

Are ye so thoughtless? Having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

For we also were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, inslaved to various desires and pleasures, living in wickedness and envy, hateful, hating one another:

Let none deceive himself: if any one among you thinketh himself to be wise, let him become a fool in this world, that he may become wise.

I wish ye would bear a little with my folly; yea, bear with me.

I say again, Let no man think me a fool; but if otherwise, yet as a fool receive me, that I also may boast a little.

What I speak, I speak not after the Lord; but as it were foolishly, in this confidence of boasting.

But five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

They that were foolish, taking their lamps, took not oil with them.
