So they took him and drove him out of the vineyard and murdered him.
He had one more to send, his dearly loved son; at last he sent him to them, for he said to himself, 'They will surely respect my son.' But those tenants said among themselves, 'This is his heir; come on, let us kill him, and all that is coming to him will be ours.' So they took him and killed him, and threw his body outside the vineyard.
Then the owner of the vineyard said, 'What shall I do? I will send my dearly loved son. They will, I should think, respect him.' But when the tenants saw him, they argued among themselves, 'This is the heir; let us kill him, so that what he inherits may be ours.' So they drove him out of the vineyard and killed him. What then will the owner of the vineyard do to them?
By faith Noah, on being divinely warned about things not seen as yet, in reverence prepared an ark for saving his family, and by his faith condemned the world and became possessor of the uprightness that results from faith.
He has helped His servant Israel, so as to remember mercy, as He promised our forefathers, Abraham and his descendants forever."
By faith Abraham, on being called, obeyed in starting off for a country which he was to receive as his own, and he did it in spite of the fact that he did not know where he was going. By faith he made his temporary home in the land that God had promised him, although a land inhabited by others, living merely in tents with Isaac and Jacob, who were to share the promise with him.
And you are the descendants of the prophets and the heirs of the sacred compact which God made with your forefathers, when He said to Abraham: 'All the families of the earth are to be blessed through your posterity.'
They are great from every point of view. In the first place, the Jews are entrusted with the utterances of God.
And if you belong to Christ, then you are real descendants of Abraham, and heirs in accordance with the promise made to him.
For the promise made to Abraham and his descendants, that he should own the world, was not conditioned on the law, but on the right standing he had with God through faith. For if the law party is to possess the world, then faith has been nullified and the promise has been made null and void. For the law results in wrath alone, but where there is no law, there can be no violation of it.read more.
So it is conditioned on faith, that it might be in accordance with God's unmerited favor, so that the promise might be in force for all the descendants of Abraham, not only for those who belong to the law party but also for those who belong to the faith group of Abraham. He is the father of us all, as the Scripture says, "I have made you the father of many nations." That is, the promise is in force in the sight of God in whom he put his faith, the God who can bring the dead to life and can call to Himself the things that do not exist as though they did.
Therefore, because God wanted to make the strongest demonstration of the unchangeable character of His purpose, He interposed with an oath,
And this is why He is the Mediator of a new covenant, in order that, after He had suffered death for securing redemption from the offenses committed under the first covenant, those who had been invited to share it might obtain the eternal inheritance promised them.
For if our inheritance depends on the law, it can no longer depend on the promise. But it was by promise that God so graciously bestowed it upon Abraham.
and you will always be thanking the Father who has qualified you to share the lot of His people in the realm of light.
and if children, then also heirs, heirs of God and fellow-heirs with Christ if in reality we share His sufferings, so that we may share His glory too.

Are not the angels all attending spirits sent forth to serve for the sake of those who are going to be unceasing possessors of salvation?
so that we might come into right standing with God through His unmerited favor and become heirs of eternal life in accordance with our hope.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In accordance with His great mercy He has begotten us anew to an ever living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead; yes, to an inheritance that is imperishable, unsullied, and unfading, which is kept in heaven for you
