21 Bible Verses about Learning

Don't make friends with a hot-tempered man, and do not associate with someone who is easily angered, or you may learn his ways and find yourself caught in a trap.

"When you enter the land that the LORD your God is about to give you, don't learn the detestable practices of those nations there. There must never be found among you anyone who sacrifices his son or daughter in fire, practices divination, interprets omens, practices sorcery, casts spells, or who is a medium, an occultist, or a necromancer. read more.

This is what the LORD says: "Don't learn the way of the nations, and don't be terrified by signs in the heavens, though the nations are terrified of them. For the practices of the people are worthless. Indeed, a tree is cut down from the forest; it's the work of the hands of a craftsman with an ax. They decorate it with silver and gold. Learn to practice what is good; seek justice, alleviate oppression, defend orphans in court, and plead the widow's case.

Jesus answered them, "Stop grumbling among yourselves. No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him to life on the last day.
