So He went back to Nazareth with them and continued to obey them. But His mother continued to treasure up all these sayings in her heart.
So Jesus, on seeing His mother and the disciple whom He loved standing near, said to His mother, "There is your son." Then He said to His disciple, "There is your mother." And from that very hour His disciple took her to his own home.
Children, obey your parents, for this is right.
Children, practice obedience to your parents in everything, for this is acceptable in Christians.
