Everyone who ever listens to the Father and learns from Him will come to me. Not that anyone has ever seen the Father, except Him who is from God; of course, He has seen the Father. I most solemnly say to you, whoever believes in me possesses eternal life. I am the bread that gives life. Your forefathers in the desert ate the manna, and yet they died. But here is the bread that comes down out of heaven, so that anyone may eat it and never die. I am this living bread that has come down out of heaven. If anyone eats this bread, he will live forever, and the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my own flesh."
I am the good shepherd myself. The good shepherd gives his own life for his sheep.
Then Jesus again addressed them and said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever continues to follow me need never walk in darkness, but he will enjoy the light that means life."
And I will ask I will ask the Father and He will give you another Helper, to remain with you to the end of the age;
"When the Helper comes whom I will send from the Father to you, the Spirit of truth that comes from the Father, He will testify to me.
Yet it is nothing but the truth I now tell you, that it is better for you that I should go away. For if I do not go away, the Helper will not come into close fellowship with you, but if I do go away, I will send Him to be in close fellowship with you.
The wind blows where it pleases, and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. That is just the way it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit."
Let us be glad and shout for joy and give Him glory, because the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready.
And I saw the new Jerusalem, the holy city, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready like a bride to join her husband. Then I heard a loud voice from the throne say: "See! God's dwelling place is with men, and He will live with them, and He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no death any longer, no sorrow, no crying, no pain. Then He who was seated on the throne said, "See! I am making everything new." He continued, "Write this, for these words are trustworthy and true." He further said to me: "They have come true. Whoever conquers will come into possession of these things, and I will be his God and he will be my son. But the cowards, the unfaithful, the polluted, the murderers, the sexually immoral, the practicers of magic, the worshipers of idols, and all liars will have their portion in the lake that keeps on burning with fire and brimstone. This is the second death." Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls that were full of the seven plagues came and talked with me, and said, "Come; I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb."
The Spirit and the bride say, "Come." Let everyone who hears this say, "Come." Let everyone who is thirsty come. Let everyone who wishes come and take the living water without any cost.
