And the men feared the LORD exceedingly: and sacrificed sacrifice unto the LORD: and vowed vows.

Ye shall say, 'It is the sacrifice of the LORD's Passover, which passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, as he smote the Egyptians and saved our houses.'" Then the people bowed themselves and worshipped.

And whatsoever come to you of your brethren that dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, law, commandment, ordinances and customs: see that ye warn them, that they trespass not against the LORD; lest wrath come upon you and on your brethren. Thus do and ye shall not offend.

Be not wise in thine own conceit, but fear the LORD, and depart from evil:

Seeing, then, that we know how the Lord is to be feared, we fare fair with men. For we are known well enough unto God. I trust also that we are known in your consciences.
