When the Son of man shall come in his own glory, and all the holy angels with him, then will he sit on the throne of his own glory; and all nations shall be gathered before him; and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates his sheep from the goats. Then the King will say to those on his right hand: Come, you blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry, and you gave me food; I was thirsty, and you gave- me drink; I was a stranger, and you took me to your houses; naked, and you clothed me; I was sick, and you visited me; I was in prison, and you came to me. Then will the righteous answer him, saying: Lord, when did we see thee hungry, and feed thee? or thirsty, and give thee drink? When did we see thee a stranger, and take thee to our home? or naked, and clothe thee? When did we see thee sick, or in prison, and come to thee? And the King will answer and say to them: Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.

For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open to their cry: but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.

For in it God's plan of justifying men by faith is revealed, in order to faith: as it is written, He that is justified by faith, shall live.

But that no one is justified by law in the sight of God, is evident: for the just by faith shall live.

But the just by faith shall live; and if he draw back, my soul will have no pleasure in him.

that you may be the sons of your Father who is in heaven; for he makes his sun to rise upon the evil and the good, and causes it to rain on the just and on the unjust.

Then he said also to him that had invited him: "When you make a dinner or a supper, call not your friends, nor your brothers, nor your relatives, nor your rich neighbors, lest they also invite you in return, and a recompense be made you. But when you make a feast, invite the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind; and you shall be blessed; for they have no power to repay you; but you shall be repaid at the resurrection of the just.

But this I confess to you, that after the way which they call sect, so do I worship the God of my fathers; believing all things that are written in the law and in the prophets; having hope in God, which they themselves also admit, that I there will be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and of the unjust. And I do exercise myself in this, always to have a conscience void of offense toward God and man.
