And he went into the temple, and began to drive out those who were selling in it, and those who were buying, and said to them: It is written, My house is a house of prayer; but you have made it a den of robbers.
For you have brought these men here, who are neither robbers of temples, nor revilers of your goddess.
Then were two robbers crucified with him; one on his right hand, and the other on his left.
And with him they crucified two robbers, one on his right hand, and the other on his left.
The robbers also that were crucified with him, uttered the same reproaches against him.
And two others, who were evil-doers, were led out to be put to death with him.
But he said this, not because he cared for the poor, but because he was a thief, and had the purse, and took what was put in it.
for you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night:
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief, in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, and the earth, and the works that are on it, shall be burned up.
Verily, verily I say to you, he that goes not through the door into the sheepfold, but climbs up some other way, he is a thief, and a robber.
All that came before me were thieves and robbers; but the sheep did not hear them.
