and the one sitting was in appearance like unto a jasper and a sardius stone: and a rainbow was around about the throne, in appearance like unto an emerald.

And there appeared unto them divided tongues, as of fire, and it sat upon each one of them;

And in the morning going into the city, He was hungry. And seeing one fig-tree near the road, He went to it, and found nothing on it, except leaves only. And He says to it, Let no fruit ever be from thee; and immediately the fig-tree withered away.

And on the morrow, they going out from Bethany, He was hungry. And seeing a fig-tree at a distance, having leaves, He came, if perchance He shall find something on it: and having come to it, He found nothing except leaves; for it was not the time of the figs. And responding He said to it, Let no one ever eat fruit from thee. And His disciples heard Him.

And Pilate seeing that he profits nothing, but rather an uproar supervenes, having taken water, washed his hands in the presence of the multitude, saying, For I am free from the blood of this just one: you shall see to it.

And on the last great day of the feast, Jesus stood and continued to cry out, saying, If any one thirst, let him come and drink.

And now why tarriest thou? arising, be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on His name.

Whether do you not know, that so many of us as were baptized unto Jesus Christ were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with him by baptism into death: in order that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so must we also walk in newness of life.

Which antitype baptism does even now save you, not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the seeking after a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

And they eating, Jesus taking the bread, and blessing it, broke, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. Also taking the cup, and blessing it, He gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all, of it; for this is my blood which belongs to the new covenant, which is shed for many unto the remission of sin.read more.
And I say unto you, that I shall no more drink of the fruit of the vine, until that day when I may drink it new with you in the kingdom of my Father.

And they eating, Jesus having taken the bread, blessing it, broke, and gave it to them, and said, Take it: this is my body. And taking the cup, blessing it, He gave it to them, and all drank of it. And He said to them, This is my blood, which belongs to the new covenant, which is poured out for many.

And taking bread, blessing it, He broke it, and gave it to them, saying, This is my body given for you: do this in remembrance of me. Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out in your behalf.

For I received this from the Lord, which I have also delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus, the night in which he was betrayed, took bread, and having given thanks, broke it, and said; This is my body, which is for you: do this in remembrance of me. Likewise also the cup, after supper, saying; This cup is the new covenant in my blood: do this, as often as you may drink it, in remembrance of me.read more.
For as often as you may eat this bread, and drink the cup, you do proclaim the death of the Lord, until he may come.

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor: hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim deliverance to the captives, and sight to the blind, and to set at liberty them that are bruised,

And he says, No; lest gathering the tares together you may at the same time along with them root up the wheat. Let both grow together till the harvest: and at the time of the harvest, I will say to the reapers, First gather the tares, and bind them in bundles, in order to burn them: and gather the wheat into my barn.
