And thou shalt set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves that ye go not up into the mount or touch the border of it; whoever touches the mount shall surely die: Not a hand shall touch it, but that he shall surely be stoned or shot through; whether it be beast or man, it shall not live. When the jubilee sounds long, they shall come up to the mount.

For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched and that burned with fire nor unto blackness and darkness and tempest and the sound of a trumpet and the voice of words, which voice those that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more; (for they could not endure that which was commanded, and if so much as a beast should touch the mountain, it shall be stoned or thrust through with a dart:read more.

And the flesh that touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt with fire; but every clean person shall eat of this flesh. And the person that eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace, which is of the LORD, being unclean, that person shall be cut off from his people. And they came to the house of the prince of the synagogue and saw the tumult and those that wept and wailed greatly. And when he was come in, he said unto them, Why make ye this ado and weep? The damsel is not dead, but sleeps. And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he took the father and the mother of the damsel and those that were with him and entered in where the damsel was lying. And taking the damsel by the hand, he said unto her, Talitha cumi, which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise. And straightway the damsel arose and walked, for she was twelve years old. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.

And, behold, there came a man named Jairus, and he was a prince of the synagogue, and he fell down at Jesus' feet and besought him that he would come into his house; for he had an only daughter, about twelve years of age, and she lay dying. And all wept and bewailed her, but he said, Weep not; she is not dead, but sleeps. And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead. And he put them all out and took her by the hand and called, saying, Maid, arise. Then her spirit returned, and she arose straightway, and he commanded to give her food.

And he came and touched the bier, and those that bore him stood still. And he said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise.

And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces and feared greatly. Then Jesus came and touched them and said, Arise and be not afraid.

And they brought young children to him that he should touch them, and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.

Then were there brought unto him little children that he should put his hands on them and pray, and the disciples rebuked them.

And they brought unto him also infants that he would touch them; but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them.

And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him and said unto him, Arise and eat.

Now as he was speaking with me, I fell into a deep sleep on the ground upon my face; and he touched me and changed my state.

But he said unto them, Unless I shall see in his hands the print of the nails and put my finger into the print of the nails and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. And again eight days later, his disciples were within and Thomas with them; then Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst and said, Peace be unto you.read more.
Then he said to Thomas, Reach here thy finger and behold my hands and reach here thy hand and thrust it into my side and be not unbelieving, but faithful.

Slay the old, the young men, and the virgins, the children and the women, but do not come near anyone upon whom is the mark; and ye must begin from my sanctuary. Then they began with the men, the elders, which were in front of the temple.

And God said unto him in a dream, Yes, I know that thou didst this in the integrity of thy heart; for I also withheld thee from sinning against me; therefore I did not allow thee to touch her.
