And he said to them, "Where you enter a house, stay there until you leave that place.

As they went on their way through the cities, they delivered to them for observance the decisions which had been reached by the apostles and elders who were in Jerusalem.

He said: "In a certain city there was a judge who neither feared God nor regarded man. And there was a widow in that city who kept coming to him and saying, 'Grant me justice against my adversary.'

And all went to be registered, everyone to his own city. And Josnt also went up from Galilee, from the city of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David,

And coming to his own country he taught them in their synagogue, so that they were astonished, and said, "Where did this man get this wisdom and these mighty works?

Then he went down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and he was teaching them on the Sabbath.

Soon afterward, he went on through every city and village, preaching and bringing the good news of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with him,

So he came to a city of Samaria which is called Sychar, near the plot of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph.

Therefore I send you prophets and wise men and scribes. Some of them you will kill and crucify, and some you will scourge in your synagogues and persecute from town to town,

Now whatever village or town you enter, inquire who in it is worthy, and stay there until you go out.
