'Consider' in the Bible

When I see and consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers,The moon and the stars, which You have established,

Have mercy on me and be gracious to me, O Lord;See how I am afflicted by those who hate me,You who lift me up from the gates of death,

Consider and answer me, O Lord my God;Give light (life) to my eyes, or I will sleep the sleep of death,

Look upon my enemies, for they are many;They hate me with cruel and violent hatred.

One thing I have asked of the Lord, and that I will seek:That I may dwell in the house of the Lord [in His presence] all the days of my life,To gaze upon the beauty [the delightful loveliness and majestic grandeur] of the LordAnd to meditate in His temple.

Hear, O daughter, consider and incline your ear [to my instruction]:Forget your people and your father’s house;

Consider her ramparts,Go through her palaces,That you may tell the next generation [about her glory].

“Now consider this, you who forget God,Or I will tear you in pieces, and there will be no one to rescue [you].

Then all men will fear [God’s judgment];They will declare the work of God,And they will consider and wisely acknowledge what He has done.

I have considered the ancient days,The years [of prosperity] of long, long ago.

I will meditate on all Your worksAnd thoughtfully consider all Your [great and wondrous] deeds.

What man can live and not see death?Can he rescue his soul from the [powerful] hand of Sheol (the nether world, the place of the dead)? Selah.

Consider thoughtfully, you senseless (stupid ones) among the people;And you [dull-minded] fools, when will you become wise and understand?

Who is wise? Let him observe and heed these things;And [thoughtfully] consider the lovingkindness of the Lord.

The wicked wait for me to destroy me,But I will consider Your testimonies.

Resh.Look upon my agony and rescue me,For I do not forget Your law.

Consider how I love Your precepts;Revive me and give me life, O Lord, according to Your lovingkindness.
