The Death Of Saul And His Sons

¹ Now, the Philistines, fought against Israel, - and the men of Israel fled from before the Philistines, and the wounded fell in Mount Gilboa. ² And the Philistines followed hard after Saul, and after his sons, - and the Philistines smote Jonathan, and Abinadab, and Malchishua, sons of Saul.

Now, as, the Philistines, were fighting against Israel, the men of Israel fled from before the Philistines, and fell slain, in Mount Gilboa.

1 Chronicles 10:8

And it came to pass, on the morrow, when the Philistines came to strip the slain, - that they found Saul, and his sons, lying prostrate in Mount Gilboa.

1 Samuel 28:1

So David went and fetched the bones of Saul, and the bones of Jonathan his son, from the owners of Jabesh-gilead, - who stole them from the broadway of Beth-shan, where the Philistines had hanged them, on the day when the Philistines had smitten Saul in Gilboa;
