If any of them that believe not bid you to a feast, and ye be disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for conscience sake.
1 Corinthians 5:9
I wrote you in my letter
not to associate with immoral people;
Levi gave a big reception for Him in his house; and there was a great crowd of tax collectors and other people who were reclining at the table with them.
and bring the fattened calf, kill it, and let us eat and celebrate;
When they saw it, they all began to grumble, saying, “He has gone
to be the guest of a man who is a sinner.”
Stay in that house, eating and drinking what they give you; for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Do not keep moving from house to house.
